Founded by Cody Lemire, a full-time Firefighter/Paramedic and certified Fire Investigator based in Northern Colorado, Alpine Summit brings a unique level of professionalism, trust, and real-world experience to every home inspection. With a career rooted in public safety, Cody has spent over a decade protecting people, property, and communities — a mindset he brings into every home he inspects.

Beyond public safety, Cody has extensive experience in property management, maintenance, and real estate transactions through managing his own rental property portfolio. This firsthand knowledge gives him a deep understanding of how homes perform over time — from spotting deferred maintenance issues to recognizing the impact of renovations, upgrades, and long-term wear. His background ensures that clients benefit not only from an inspector’s trained eye, but also from the insight of someone who has navigated buying, selling, leasing, and maintaining properties.
