With a career rooted in public safety, Cody has spent over a decade protecting people, property, and communities — a mindset he brings into every home he inspects.

Cody is fully insured and licensed through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI®), ensuring every inspection meets or exceeds nationally recognized standards. He also brings valuable insight from his background in real estate and property management, allowing him to understand the needs of both homeowners and investors alike.
